Our Journey: How Four Experts Came Together

CreateConnectConvert.co was born out of a shared passion for helping women succeed in business. Each of us— Laura Templeton, Regina Garay, Carolyn Choate, & Kristy Crippen—have built successful careers in different areas of expertise, ranging from Brand Messaging & AI to Goal Setting & Marketing, Funnel Mapping & Strategy, and Business Organization & Process. However, we noticed a common challenge among the women we worked with: they often had the foundational knowledge but lacked the practical support and strategic insights to implement what they had learned effectively.

We knew that by coming together, we could create something powerful—a space where women could not only learn and grow but also find the support and community they needed to truly thrive. Kristy believes that every entrepreneur and small business owner deserves to lead a rich and fulfilling life, both personally and professionally.
